Premium isn’t on sale yet. This is the policy that will apply when it is.
Bought directly from theiaplayer.com
You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Email support@theiaplayer.com from the address on your account, or include your order number. You don’t need to explain, though it helps to know what went wrong.
That includes the most common problem: multiview not working because your provider only allows one connection. That isn’t your fault, and you should get your money back.
After 14 days, refunds aren’t given for:
- a provider being down, changing its service, or removing channels;
- content that isn’t available, since Premium never includes content.
When a refund is issued, the Premium license is deactivated. The free version keeps working.
Bought through the Microsoft Store
Microsoft is the seller for Store purchases, so refunds follow Microsoft’s policy and are requested through your Microsoft account order history. We can’t issue Store refunds ourselves. If Microsoft refunds your purchase, Premium turns off in Theia automatically.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. In the EU and UK, the 14-day refund above is at least as generous as the legal right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
