Theia is a media player. It does not host, provide, link to or index any channels, streams or playlists, and we have no control over the sources people add to it.
Sending a notice
Email copyright@theiaplayer.com with:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- Where the material is on theiaplayer.com or in Theia’s own files, store listings or marketing (for example, a page address or screenshot).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to reply within 2 or 3 days.
What we can act on
We can remove or change anything we publish: this website, the app’s own assets, store listings and marketing material.
Theia does not host or distribute streams, so we have no way to remove content from a third-party streaming service. Complaints about a stream or playlist should go to the service that provides it.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.
